Landscape & Property Maintenance Crew Member
Islanders Outdoor Maintenance – Nanaimo, BC
Part-Time | 12–30 hrs/week | $20–$23/hr
We are looking for reliable, hard-working individuals to join our crew for landscape and property maintenance work in Nanaimo.
This is physical outdoor work. If you like staying active, working with a team, and taking pride in getting the job done right — this is a good fit.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lawn mowing and trimming
- Weeding and garden maintenance
- Hedge and shrub trimming
- Spring and fall cleanups
- Pressure washing and exterior cleaning
- General property maintenance

- Physically capable of lifting, raking, trimming, and walking long distances
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- Willing to learn and work efficiently
Experience is an asset, but work ethic is more important.
Requirements
- Must live in Nanaimo area
- Reliable transportation
- Steel-toe boots are mandatory
- Able to follow direction and work safely
Schedule
- 12–30 hours per week
- Start time typically 8:45 AM (earlier in late spring/summer)
- Hours depend on weather and workload
