We are currently looking for a Licensed Dental Assistant / Certified Dental Assistant to join our growing team.
Compensation, Welcome Bonus & Relocation Support
We offer a competitive wage of $37.00 per hour.
Eligible hires may receive up to $3,000 in combined bonus and relocation support, including:
- $1,000 Welcome Bonus
- Up to $2,000 in relocation assistance for those moving to Vancouver Island
Bonus and relocation support are subject to eligibility and applicable terms.

What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional chairside support during a variety of dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain efficient clinical workflow
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection prevention and control standards
- Take digital radiographs
- Perform intraoral scans and clinical photography
- Prepare patients for treatment while ensuring they feel comfortable and informed
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Work collaboratively with dentists, hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members
What You Bring
- Current Licensed Dental Assistant / Certified Dental Assistant registration in British Columbia
- Experienced assistants and new graduates are both encouraged to apply
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- A positive, team-focused attitude
- Commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience
- Desire to continue learning and growing professionally
