1. Maintains knowledge of, supports and adheres to the home’s vision, mission, values, philosophy of care, policies and procedures
2. Performs tasks such as prepares food, operates commercial and residential kitchen equipment, sets tables and trays, serves meals, washes and sanitizes cookware and dinnerware, cleans and sanitizes dining areas, work areas and equipment, receives, stores and distributes dietary food and supplies, collects garbage, compost and recyclables and places in designated receptacle
3. Provides nutrition services in accordance with dietary department’s policies and procedures, established food service standards and residents’ nutrition care plan
