Job Title: Line Cook, Prep Cook, Dishwasher – Enoteca Monza Pizzaeria Moderna

Enoteca Monza offers both traditional and contemporary Italian dishes, with a vast wine menu for the perfect pairing, in a trendy, classy wine bar atmosphere. The flames of the pizza oven are a design focal point creating a warm, chic ambiance for our modern dining room. Enoteca, Italian for wine bar, Monza’s emphasis for quality reaches beyond the cuisine. Known for our authentic Italian cuisine, premium wine selection, and warm hospitality, we’re bringing an elevated dining experience to Calgary. We’re looking for passionate, energetic, and guest-focused individuals to join our opening team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional food
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency when making food for guests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and management to create a seamless guest experience.
- Follow health, safety, and service standards at all times.
- Cook food that will give our guests a wow experience every time
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of responsible station.
- Stay informed about menu changes, daily specials, and promotions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of Line Cook experience in a full-service restaurant (preferred for line cook position).
- Minimum 2 years supervising along with a minimum of 5 years line cook experience in a full-service restaurant (preferred for Sous Chef position).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Food safe certification, and First Aid is strongly encouraged
