We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled sales manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from individual car graphics sales to full fleet vehicle wraps, and will be responsible for the sales targets of vinyl graphic wraps on various surfaces and substrates.
Responsibilities:
- Contact and follow up with all incoming leads provided by the company
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed, booked jobs
- Consistently follow up with clients who have received quotes but have not yet booked
- Respond quickly to new sales opportunities
- Communicate with clients through phone calls, text messages, and in person
- Build rapport with potential customers and understand exactly what they are looking for
- Confidently explain Wraptors services, products, materials, and available options
- Recommend additional services when they genuinely benefit the client
- Handle common customer objections regarding pricing, timing, materials, warranties, and service options
- Negotiate and close deals while protecting company pricing and margins
- Collect required deposits to secure appointments
- Re-engage older leads and previous customers
- Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the sales process
- Ensure no qualified lead is forgotten or left without follow-up
- Keep notes and sales statuses updated so the team knows where every opportunity stands
- Work closely with the administrative team
- Understand Wraptors Calgary's services, including wraps, PPF, coloured PPF, tint, ceramic coating, detailing, commercial/fleet wraps, and other automotive customization services
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience preferred
- Previous experience in automotive sales, high-ticket sales, service sales, or a similar industry is a strong asset
- Proven ability to close leads and meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong phone sales and follow-up skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident, professional, and personable when communicating with clients
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Ability to build trust and rapport with customers quickly
- Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven
- Persistent and consistent with client follow-ups
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple active leads and conversations at once
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 per year.
