Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Infant and Toddler Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children, including those with disabilities. Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of each student.
- Create a safe and supportive classroom atmosphere that promotes learning and respect.
- Document and assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to support student development.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Certifications : ECE Infant Toddler Certificate, First Aid, CPR, and other relevant certifications.
- Experience : Previous experience working with infants and toddlers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to create an inclusive environment that meets the diverse needs of all learners.
