At Luminous Auto Salon, we specialize in high-end automotive restyling, including vinyl wraps and paint protection film. We’re passionate about delivering premium quality work and building a strong reputation in the automotive industry. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated PPF Installer to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Install Paint Protection Film (clear bra/PPF) on vehicles with precision and attention to detail
- Trim, stretch, and apply film using advanced techniques to achieve seamless finishes
- Plot and weed PPF kits
- Install Custom hand cut (Bulk) on custom parts and older vehicles
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a PPF installer (minimum 1–2+ years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of different films (XPEL, 3M, STEK, SunTek, etc.) and installation methods
- Ability to work with heat guns, plotters, and hand-cut installations
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering flawless results
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Nice to Have
- Experience with vinyl wraps, tinting, or detailing
- Manufacturer certifications (XPEL, 3M, STEK, etc.)

Schedule
- Full-time, Monday to Friday (weekends optional for overtime/projects)
