Live-In Building Superintendent — Multi-Residential (Scarborough)
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Live-In Building Superintendent for a 70-unit residential building located near Cedarbrae Mall in Scarborough. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary. Multiple suite sizes are available for living in.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily property walkthroughs and report deficiencies to management
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks including basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall/plaster repair, and general finishing
- Maintain landscaping and exterior grounds upkeep
- Show vacant apartment units to prospective tenants
- Maintain a daily tenant contact and incident reports
- Respond to tenant maintenance requests and building emergencies on and off hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a building superintendent or in a similar residential maintenance role
- Working knowledge of a broad range of maintenance and light construction tasks
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must be available on-call for after-hours emergencies
Position Details

- Salary: $50,000–$55,000 per year
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, with on-call availability
