ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
Responsible for specific territory or customers across the United States.
Employee will Prioritize tasks, answer phone calls from customers, input faxed, verbal and emailed orders.
Employee will respond to customer questions, price and delivery enquires, tracking of shipments, creation of RMA’s (Returns material authorizations) and call tags via phone, fax and email.
Employee will investigate and resolve customer issues, create and process credit memos, create new customer accounts using SAP software.
Employee will expedite and track orders to ensure on time delivery where possible. Cover reception calls on rotation basis for breaks and vacation coverage.
Employee will administer customer files and paperwork regularly, general office administration to include filing and adherence to a clear workspace policy.
Employee will support and interact with other team members to allow for complete coverage during open location hours of the Customer Service department. Employee will work with an assigned back up person to understand individual requirements of customers to ensure full and complete understanding of unusual or specific customer requests.
Employee will review and analyse sales reports, month over month, current year versus prior year to track trends and maximise sales opportunities with assistance from the Regional Business Manager.
Employee will participate in sales efforts and will work with the assigned Customer Business Manger to identify sales opportunities and generate sales through outbound sales calls to customers.
Employee will work with Regional Business Manager to monitor and track calls, sales events and training classes conducted by the RBM in an accesible data base/calendar.
Employee will work with and assist others using interpersonal and communication skills to meet project and company objectives. Follow company procedures and exhibit professional integrity and confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
Employee will work with the assigned Regional Business Manager to ensure territory and customers are meeting their required goals. Employee will analyse basic reports to ensure that targets are met and updates are given to the customer base
EDUCATION
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
EXPERIENCE
One to two years of related experience is required.
