About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator and Office Administratot to support day-to-day project operations and daily administarion. This role will work closely with management to ensure projects run smoothly by coordinating documentation, communication, and administrative processes across multiple construction projects.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with construction industry exposure who enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with on-site involvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project workflows within CoConstruct, including:
- Change orders
- Scheduling updates
- Project documentation
- Coordinate and send out bid requests to subcontractors based on project scope
- Consolidate drawings and documentation from architects and engineers, and organize files within Autodesk Revit (or similar platforms)
- Maintain organized and accessible project files for internal teams and site personnel
- Attend site meetings as required to:
- Take detailed meeting minutes
- Track action items
- Support communication between trades, clients, and project stakeholders
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to management
- Assist with data entry and reporting as needed
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience in a construction, project coordination, or administrative role
- Basic understanding of construction processes, drawings, and terminology
- Experience with project management or construction software (e.g., CoConstruct, Procore, Buildertrend) is an asset
- Familiarity with Autodesk Revit or similar tools is considered an asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
