Job Summary
Nissan of Windsor, a member of the Revenberg Automotive Family, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Automotive Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of our dealership.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and establish a rapport to understand their vehicle needs.
- Provide detailed information about vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricing.
- Assist customers in test-driving vehicles and answering any questions they may have.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline to track leads and follow up with potential buyers.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing sales.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new models, and competitor offerings to effectively inform customers.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales or automotive sales is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to customers.

Please note that pay range is based on average earnings of first year sales consultants hired with our organization and is comprised of both salary and commissions combined for total income shown.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
