We are looking for a highly capable and forward-thinking Account Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, understanding business and marketing strategies, and leading the execution of projects across creative, media, content, digital, AI, and production functions.
The ideal candidate is not only strong in client communication and project management, but also highly comfortable using AI tools to improve workflows, develop ideas, support strategy, and execute a wide range of client projects more efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client needs, expectations, and objectives are clearly understood and delivered.
AI-Driven Project Execution
Use AI tools to support research, brainstorming, content development, campaign planning, workflow optimization, reporting, and other marketing or business-related projects.
Strategic Understanding
Understand client business goals, market context, audience needs, and campaign objectives in order to help shape practical and effective marketing solutions.
Project Management
Manage day-to-day execution of client projects from briefing to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality standards, and deliverables are met.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with internal teams including strategy, creative, design, media, content, production, development, and analytics to ensure smooth project execution.
Client Expectation Control
Manage client feedback, timelines, priorities, and expectations with professionalism, clarity, and confidence.
Campaign & Content Oversight
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, digital content, social media initiatives, AI-assisted projects, brand materials, and other client deliverables.
Reporting & Optimization
Assist in preparing reports, summaries, insights, recommendations, and post-project analysis to help clients understand performance and future opportunities.
Innovation & Continuous Learning
Stay updated on AI tools, marketing trends, digital platforms, and emerging technologies to bring smarter and more efficient solutions to client work.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in account management, marketing, advertising, consulting, project management, or a related field.
- Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to understand marketing strategy and translate it into clear execution plans.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects at the same time.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, Notion AI, or other productivity, creative, research, or automation tools.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage client expectations and handle feedback professionally.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools and technologies.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media, branding, content production, or advertising is an asset.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
