We are looking for a skilled and motivated Electrician Programmer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience to join our team. This position reports to the Plant Manager.
Duties:
- Build and assemble industrial electrical control panels
- Perform machine wiring and electrical installations
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Assist with PLC/HMI programming, troubleshooting, and commissioning
- Provide onsite machine installation, startup, and technical support at customer locations
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and control system issues
- Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies and procedures
- Occasional international travel may be required
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Management
Qualifications:
- Three to four years of experience in industrial electrical panel building, machine wiring, or automation
- Basic knowledge of PLC programming and industrial control systems
- Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics
- Experience using electrical hand tools and test equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel for onsite installation and customer support
- Excellent communication and teamworking skills
- Diploma or certificate as Industrial Electrician preferred
- Experience with PLC platforms such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley preferred
- Familiarity with industrial automation, sensors, VFDs, servo systems, and HMI applications preferred
- Security Background Check to work in our Controlled Goods workplace.
