We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to lead our restaurant operations. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service flow and adherence to company policies.
- Lead, motivate, and manage restaurant staff
- Support staff with opening and closing procedures
- Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food handling to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Manage POS systems for order processing and cash handling procedures.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food safety practices.
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, and ordering supplies
- Maintain high levels of customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including food presentation, cleanliness, and sanitation practices.
- Implement team management strategies to foster a positive work environment focused on hospitality excellence.
- Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed during shifts.
Requirements
- Experience in restaurant management or food service leadership roles; supervising experience is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence.
- Leadership ability to manage teams effectively
- Familiarity with food handling and kitchen operations
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to oversee restaurant operations with a focus on quality control and safety compliance.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and POS
