Scope of Work/Responsibilities:
· Customer Portal Retrieval of Deductions
· Validating & Clearing Deductions: Review & Reconcile deductions for accuracy.
· Submit and dispute claims through customer portal
· Correct pricing issues on orders
· Track Status of Deductions and Secure Additional Back up, where required.
· Supporting the Deductions and Inter-Departmental teams with all day-to-day deductions’ operations.
· Collaborate closely with Other Team Members and Brand Managers to resolve Invalid deductions.
· Prepare Monthly BillBack Reports
· Administrative Responsibilities: Some but not limited to: GL Transactions Review, Invoice preparation, Run Reports for Account Reconciliations, Photocopying, Set Up Promotion in Trade Management System and Weekly Maintenance of Trade Management System.
Applicants must be detail oriented with excellent analytic and communication skills. Qualifications:
· Accounting diploma, is desirable
· 5-8 years’ experience handling Deductions
· Strong Customer Portal Platform Acumen, in the Consumer-Packaged Goods Industry
· Understanding of General Accounting Practices
· Excellent communication skills and positive and professional demeanor.
· Strong Microsoft Office Capabilities (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
· Heightened Attention to Detail.
· Ability to manage multiple requests concurrently.

Schedule:
· Monday – Thursday: 8 AM – 4:30 pm
· Friday: 8 AM – 1PM
· The expectation of staff is that they are available Friday afternoons as required, for continuity of the business or for time sensitive requirements.
Starting Salary: $70,000
Work Location:
· Mississauga, Ontario
· Hybrid Model: 3 Office Days, 2 Work from Home Days - This can change as business needs change, as determined by the manager.
Initial 6 months may require 5 days, per week, in the office, until the successful candidate can effectively work on their own, as determined by the manager.
Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year
