About the Role

In this role, you'll represent well-known charitable organizations, connect with members of the public, and inspire them to support important initiatives. You'll receive ongoing mentorship from experienced sales leaders who are committed to helping you develop professionally while achieving your goals.
Your Responsibilities
- Represent respected nonprofit organizations through face-to-face fundraising campaigns.
- Educate potential supporters about the mission and impact of charities such as CNIB, Diabetes Canada, Heart & Stroke, UNICEF, PLAN Canada and others.
- Build genuine connections with community members and encourage ongoing donor support.
- Develop practical skills in communication, relationship-building, objection handling, and consultative sales through hands-on coaching and daily experience.
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Available to work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
- Confident communicator who enjoys interacting with people in person.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and driven to achieve results.
- Reliable transportation is considered an advantage.
Compensation
We offer a base pay plus uncapped performance bonuses, and daily cash incentives. Your earning potential increases as your performance grows.
