Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of food items according to established recipes and standards
- Operate POS systems for order processing and cash handling
- Manage customer transactions efficiently while providing friendly and attentive service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils in compliance with food safety regulations
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service delivery
- Uphold excellent customer service standards by addressing customer inquiries professionally
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or food industry preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food preparation, serving, cashiering, and food safety practices
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Kitchen or restaurant experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
