EnReach Hot Tap Services Inc is specializing in hot tapping, line stopping, and related services to the Western Canadian Oil and Gas industry.
EnReach is looking for someone to be a key part of our team as a MT/ UT II Technician to support us execute our shop and field projects. The successful candidate will be proactive, detailed, works safely, and is only satisfied with a job being done right!
We need someone who:
- Is familiar with oil field pipeline construction and maintenance activities.
- Is capable of working overtime regularly.
- Has a positive attitude.
- Is always punctual.
- Works safe every time all the time.
- Can work away from home and has no issues staying in hotels/camps for the duration of the job.
- Can work as part of a team.
What you’ll do:
- Examination, spark testing, and shear wave inspection of in-service/ hot tap welds and fittings on job locations. (Out of town work)
- Driving to and from location and accountable for the NDE truck.
- Preparing NDE reports of the work completed.
- NDE examination of tools, equipment, fittings, and other fabrication welds at the shop.
- Help in the maintenance and code compliance of the NDE procedures and manuals.
- Preparing all NDE and related documentation for QA/QC turnover packages.
- Working together as a team with the other employees and lend a hand when appropriate.
- Follow EnReach’s Health, Safety, and Environment System.
Experience we are looking for:
- CGSB UT Level 2
- CGSB MT Level 2
- CWB VT 2 is considered an asset.
- Valid Drives License and Clean abstract.
- Safety Tickets are an asset.
- Additional NDE/API certifications such as Liquid Penetrant Inspection (PT), Weld Inspection, and Eddy Current Testing (ET) are considered an asset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00-$65.00 per hour
