Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Case Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to clients by managing cases efficiently, coordinating resources, and ensuring timely service delivery. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, along with proficiency in various computer applications. The Case Worker will play a vital role in fostering positive client relationships and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain client records using databases and records management systems
- Conduct assessments to determine client needs and develop individualized service plans
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to facilitate resource allocation and service delivery
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation utilizing Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and SharePoint
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members through written correspondence and verbal communication
- Monitor case progress and update records regularly to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and delivering presentations as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with organizational policies
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, procurement, scheduling, and time management to ensure smooth operations
Experience
- Proven experience in administrative roles or case management is preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Project, SharePoint
- Familiarity with databases and records management systems
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is advantageous
- Knowledge of project management principles and tools such as Microsoft Project is a plus
- Ability to analyze data critically and present findings clearly
- Previous experience with negotiation, filing procedures, procurement processes, and administrative record keeping is beneficial
