Toncini Modern Italian + Pasta Bar is looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and passionate Hospitality Team Member to join our growing team.

Responsibilities
- Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
- Take customer orders accurately using our POS system.
- Guide guests through our menu and confidently recommend food, beverages, and retail products.
- Prepare espresso-based coffees and specialty beverages.
- Package take-out orders with care and attention to detail.
- Handle payments and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environment.
- Restock products and assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and monitoring stock levels.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Represent the Toncini brand with professionalism, positivity, and pride.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, café, restaurant, or hospitality experience.
- Punctual, dependable, and reliable.
- Positive attitude with a strong team spirit.
- Passionate about hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Barista experience and Food Safe certification are assets.
