We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Instructor to join our educational team. Duties
- Provide classroom instruction utilizing LMS platforms such as Blackboard, integrating research-based teaching methods.
- Supervise students during clinical rotations in acute care, pediatrics, and hospital environments to ensure safe and effective patient care practices.
- Oversee laboratory sessions, guiding students through hands-on skills development in a controlled setting.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback to foster professional growth.
- Assist in curriculum development and update instructional materials to reflect current medical terminology and healthcare practices.
- Monitor student progress and maintain detailed records of clinical activities using LMS tools.
- Support research initiatives related to nursing education and clinical practice improvement.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and accreditation requirements during clinical supervision.
Experience
- Supervising experience in clinical or educational settings within healthcare environments such as hospitals or nursing programs.
- Strong familiarity with LMS platforms like Blackboard for course management and student tracking.
- Experience conducting or supporting research related to healthcare education or patient care practices.
- Proven background in acute care settings, including hospital experience in nursing or patient care roles.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, laboratory procedures, and pediatric care is highly desirable.
- Prior teaching experience at the classroom or laboratory level is preferred, demonstrating effective instructional skills.
