Office & Finance Administrator

JPR Industries Inc. is a growing welding and manufacturing company serving the agriculture industry throughout Southern Alberta. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office & Finance Administrator to support the financial and administrative operations of the company.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Assist with payroll processing and employee records
- Complete bank and credit card reconciliations
- Prepare and track GST filings and financial records
- Oversee purchasing administration and PO tracking
- Support inventory and material tracking processes
- Maintain organized office systems and documentation
- Support daily office operations and administrative workflow
- Assist with improving systems, reporting, and operational processes
- Work closely with management to support company operations
Qualifications
- Experience with bookkeeping, payroll, AR/AP, and reconciliations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Manufacturing, construction, or industrial experience considered an asset
