Dock Staff – Arctic Lodges (Seasonal)
Reindeer Lake, Northern Saskatchewan
Arctic Lodges is currently hiring seasonal dock staff for the summer fishing season in Northern Saskatchewan. We are looking for hardworking, reliable, and positive individuals who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a team-focused environment.
Dock staff are a key part of the day-to-day operation and guest experience at the lodge. Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning, fueling, and preparing boats daily
- Assisting guides and guests at the dock
- Fish care and fish processing
- Loading and unloading freight, supplies, and luggage
- Maintaining cleanliness of docks, boats, and lodge grounds
- Assisting with general lodge operations as needed
This is a physically active position in a remote setting and requires long hours during peak operating days. Applicants should be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and capable of lifting heavy items regularly.
Previous boating, fishing, or outdoor experience is considered an asset but is not required. We value strong work ethic, attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn above all else.
