Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized Operations Assistant to support our daily business functions and ensure smooth operational workflows. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team environment. The Operations Assistant will play a key part in coordinating activities, managing administrative tasks, and assisting with project execution to help our organization meet its goals efficiently.
Duties
- Assist in coordinating daily operations and logistical activities across departments
- Support the preparation and organization of meetings, reports, and documentation
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure operational continuity
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, schedules, and project updates
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve workflow efficiency
- Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and correspondence management
- Assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
- Support special projects by conducting research, preparing materials, or facilitating communication among stakeholders
Experience
- Prior experience in an administrative or operational support role is preferred but not required; relevant internships or coursework are also valuable
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to task completion
