The Jack O’ Clubs Pub is looking for energetic, reliable, and personable Bartenders to join our team in one of BC’s most unique and fast-growing communities. With major mining activity and tourism driving growth in Wells, we’re building a strong team focused on great service, good atmosphere, and a welcoming local pub experience.
Responsibilities
Serve beer, cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly
Provide friendly, fast, and professional customer service
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
Handle cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately
Monitor guest behavior and follow Serving It Right regulations
Assist with opening and closing duties
Work closely with kitchen and floor staff to keep service running smoothly
Help create a fun, positive atmosphere for locals, workers, and visitors alike
Requirements
Previous bartending or serving experience preferred
Serving It Right certification required (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and busy shifts
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented attitude and dependable work ethic
