Aggcon is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our growing team. This role combines customer service, equipment coordination, yard operations, and delivery responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working around equipment, have strong organizational skills, and take pride in helping customers find the right equipment for their projects.
This is a hands-on position that involves customer service, working in the yard, basic maintenance, and delivering equipment to job sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the correct rental equipment for their project needs
- Prepare rental agreements and manage equipment reservations
- Deliver and pick up equipment at customer job sites
- Inspect equipment before and after rentals to ensure proper operation
- Perform basic maintenance checks and cleaning of rental equipment
- Maintain organization of the rental yard and equipment inventory
- Provide operational instructions and safety guidance to customers

Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude, with willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Assets (Not Required but Beneficial)
- Experience with equipment and jobsite tools
- Valid class 3 driver’s license with clean record
- Experience hauling or delivering equipment
- Knowledge of construction or jobsite operations
