We’re looking for shiny happy people to work at our fun winery, Frisky Beaver | Smoke&Gamble. A great outlook and positive attitude is a must!
This position is weekdays with occasional weekends or extended hours during harvest and bottling periods.
Some of the qualities we would like to see in an applicant include the following.
- Ability to maintain a happy, fun and positive working environment.
- Self-motivated and able to act independently to solve problems as they occur, needing minimal oversight, excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable with doing physical work, as the position requires the ability to lift 50 lbs and stand, bend, climb and move throughout the day.
- Reliability and responsibility. These qualities are very important. You will be working with a team where everyone supports each other in a friendly atmosphere.
- Proficiency with computers. Excel and other programs are used for maintaining inventory, verification of labels, submission of reports to government agencies, supporting harvest operations, record keeping, etc.
- Maintain a professional, clean working environment including compliance with AGCO guidelines for manufacturing alcohol.
- Uphold our standards of cleanliness and organization with your co-workers.
- Follow all sanitation, food safety, and workplace safety procedures.
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, comfortable with physical work, and willing to learn. Winery experience is not required, we are happy to train the right person.

Working Conditions
- This role involves physical work in a production environment working around tanks, barrels, hoses, pumps, forklifts, wet floors, outdoor conditions, and changing temperatures.
- During busy production periods, hours will be longer than normal.
