Job Overview- independent contractor(Franchisee)
We are seeking a dedicated and Business-minded individual to join our ever-growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing franchisee business and his growing team and maintaining cleanliness, sanitation across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and effective communication skills to coordinate cleaning tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in commercial and facility environments
- Operate hand tools and power tools for specialized cleaning or maintenance tasks
- Use custodial equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met
- Conduct facilities maintenance as needed, addressing minor repairs or reporting issues to management
- Manage heavy lifting of supplies or equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and ensure proper storage of tools and materials
- Follow safety protocols and health guidelines during all cleaning activities
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client requests or concerns
- Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines to ensure timely completion of tasks
Experience
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and basic facilities maintenance is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the workday
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during cleaning operations
- Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles is advantageous
