THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a Customer Success Representative to support customer retention, strengthen day-to-day customer relationships, and ensure customers are getting maximum value from our products and services. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, support onboarding and product adoption, and work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience.
You will also support pre-sales activities and help identify opportunities in new accounts and to grow existing account. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, is highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to products and services
- Support customer onboarding to ensure a smooth and positive start to their experience
- Build strong relationships with customers and contribute to a high-quality customer experience
- Support customer retention by escalating and coordinating resolution of customer issues with internal teams
- Proactively monitor customer accounts to identify risks, issues, or opportunities for improvement
- Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts and support account growth initiatives
- Proactively call into Green Field accounts
- Provide customers with basic insights or performance updates to demonstrate product value
- Assist customers throughout the sales and post-sales process to maximize product adoption
- Support resolution of technical or service-related issues in collaboration with internal teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer success processes and tools
Who You Are:
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Account Coordination, or Sales Support
- Strong communicator with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly
- Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams to resolve customer issues
- Interested in learning about product value, customer outcomes, and basic commercial growth (upselling exposure is a plus)
Nice to Haves:
- Experience in manufacturing, renewable energy, or B2B environments
- Exposure to SaaS or technology-enabled products
- Experience supporting onboarding or implementation processes
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Experience working in a customer-facing or support-heavy role
- Basic experience with reporting or customer data insights
Compensation and Other Perks:
- Salary: CAD $55,000 – 62,500 per year (Actual compensation will depend on experience)
