Production Associate for our client in Whitby, ON. Our client is looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing quality products in a manufacturing environment.

- Shift: Monday to Friday | 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM or 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Perform 100% inspection and trimming of finished products to ensure quality standards are met

Identify, segregate, and report scrap or non-conforming products
-
Use a small knife to trim rubber components and ensure smooth, finished surfaces
-
Move parts, products, and materials manually or with a hand truck
-
Follow manufacturing processes and quality acceptance criteria
-
Complete production and quality documentation accurately and on time

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
-
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
-
High school diploma or equivalent required
-
Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
-
CSA-approved steel-toed safety boots required
-
Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
-
Mechanically inclined with a strong work ethic

Comfortable working in manufacturing environments with noise and varying temperatures
-
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy

Strong reliability and punctuality
-
Able to pass a criminal background check
-
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
