Job Summary
Loudoun Development + Construction is seeking an experienced and versatile Carpenter to grow our team. The ideal candidate will join our Construction Department, where we carry out new build and renovation projects of all sizes for residential and commercial clients under the direction of our Chief Construction Officer.

Job Duties
- Complete a variety of new construction and renovation builds for residential and commercial projects
- Interpret blueprints and drawings to determine specifications and material requirements
- Prepare precise layouts in compliance with building codes and company quality standards
- Use tools to measure, cut, shape, assemble and join a range of materials
- Maintain a safe and organized job site in compliance with health & safety requirements

Qualifications
- 5+ years of versatile carpentry experience in framing, form work, finishing, etc.
- Physical ability to handle materials and use tools safely
- Safety-minded with ability to use PPE as required
- Ability to work independently and as a part of our team
- Licensed driver with reliable transport to access various job sites
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Red Seal is an asset
- Knowledge of local building codes is an asset
- Basic computer skills are an asset
- Customer service skills are an asset
