Smile Well Medical Spa is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our growing team in Coquitlam.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while supporting the daily operations of our medical spa. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Korean and/or Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) language skills are preferred, as many of our patients speak these languages.
Experience in a medical, dental, or aesthetics clinic is an asset, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors in a warm, professional manner
- Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries
- Schedule and confirm appointments using JaneApp
- Process patient check-ins and check-outs
- Manage patient records while maintaining confidentiality
- Respond to social media and website inquiries when needed
- Handle payments and issue receipts
- Assist with administrative and front desk duties
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Support the clinic team with day-to-day operations
Qualifications
- Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
- Experience in a medical spa, medical clinic, dental office, or wellness clinic is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers and learning clinic software (JaneApp experience is an asset)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Korean and/or Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) language skills are preferred
- English proficiency required

- Weekend availability is an asset
- Day, evening, and weekend shifts may be required

Pay: $20.00-$27.87 per hour
