Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and proactive Dispatcher/Project Coordinator to join our team. Responsible for overseeing construction/ handyman projects from start to finish and making sure that the work proceeds on schedule and according to plan. The task mainly involves coordinating with the handyman, supervising the project execution, defining the budget and allocating resources. Dispatching of projects to the correct teams and conducting site surveys. Ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in construction or handyman work.
Duties
- Dispatch tasks to handymen and project-specific resources.
- Manage all stages of projects and coordinate to ensure on-time delivery
- Communicate clearly with all stakeholders throughout project
- Maintain notes and calendars throughout project scope
- Handling of multiple projects at one time
- Respond to client and technician emails in a timely manner
- Manage and motivate technicians to keep them accountable
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years related work experience with a good understanding of specified functional area.
- Working technical knowledge and application of concepts, practices and procedures.
- Analytical skills to identify operational improvements.
- Outstanding communication skills with professional phone and email etiquette and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; capable of maintaining comprehensive records.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
