Brewery helper and bartender
Position Overview
Our ideal candidate will be available Monday-Thursday with opportunity to work more. The position offered is Monday & Tuesday tending bar in our tasting room and Wed & Thursday helping our brewer with tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Brewery Helper:
- Assist with general brewery operations and cleaning
- Support the brewing team as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Deliveries
Server / Bartender:
- Provide friendly, efficient service to guests
- Serve beer and other beverages responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness of the tasting room and service areas
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable and team-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience is an asset
- Serving It Right certification preferred for Server/Bartender (or willingness to obtain)
- Must have driving license and comfortable doing deliveries on and off island when needed
- Able to lift 80 Lb +
- Must have accommodations on island, we cannot supply.
Experience is an asset, but we are happy to train the right candidates. We are only considering candidates willing to work in both bar and brewery.
