What You'll Be Doing
- Operate Fendt tractors and precision fertilizer application equipment.
- Deliver accurate, efficient fertilizer applications using GPS-guided technology.
- Maximize productivity while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Perform daily inspections, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs.
- Keep equipment clean, organized, and in excellent condition.
- Work safely while representing Dabuurma Farms with professionalism.
- Help maintain our reputation as one of Ontario's most trusted custom application companies.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience operating large agricultural equipment.
- Experience operating tractors, spreaders, floaters, or other precision application equipment.
- Strong farming background.
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons.
- Professional attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
- Valid G driver's licence with a clean driving record.
