Position Description
Jamesway is implementing SAP S/4HANA and requires dedicated execution support to prepare, cleanse, and validate manufacturing-related master data for migration . This 9-month fixed contract role provides hands-on data execution support under the direction of two functional Leads who retain design and decision authority for the data stream. This role focuses on data quality, preparation, and readiness — not ownership of design standards or SAP configuration.
Responsibilities
- Extract Material Master, BOM, Routing, and Work Center data from legacy systems.
- Clean, normalize, and format data using standards defined by the Leads.
- Apply agreed naming conventions, Units of Measure, and structural rules.
- Identify missing, inconsistent, or conflicting data across systems.
- Review BOMs, Routings, and Work Centers for completeness, logical consistency, and migration readiness.
- Identify data anomalies and document them clearly in a centralized Data Issue Log.
- Propose remediation options.
- Populate SAP Migration Cockpit templates accurately and consistently.
- Perform pre-load validation checks, support mock loads and reconciliation activities.
- Track readiness status by data object.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years experience in manufacturing, operations analysis, cost analysis, or ERP data support.
- Strong Excel skills (filtering, reconciliation, validation).
- Working knowledge of BOMs, Routings, and Work Centers.
- ERP experience (SAP preferred).

Pay: $28.00-$33.00 per hour
