Drift Acupuncture & Wellness is expanding and relocating to Britannia. We are a professional clinic offering acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and therapeutic massage. We believe in integrative, functional healing and are committed to providing high-quality care in a calm, welcoming environment. Our ideal team members are those who value professionalism, a collaborative approach to healing, and who are passionate about helping clients improve their overall well-being. Preference goes to candidates that prefer therapeutic/ orthopaedic treatment styles.
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Massage Therapist who is passionate about their craft and eager to provide personalized care. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing their own clients and contributing to a supportive, client-centered team environment. Whether you're an experienced therapist or a newer graduate with ambition, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess clients and develop personalized treatment plans
- Perform a variety of massage techniques (Swedish, deep tissue, sports, therapeutic)
- Maintain a clean and professional treatment space
- Communicate with clients about comfort, preferences, and progress
- Keep accurate, confidential chart notes
- Educate clients on massage benefits and self-care practices
- Collaborate with the acupuncture team for integrated care
Requirements:
- Registered and in good standing with a recognized massage therapy association
- Liability insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, client-centered approach
- Comfortable bringing in and building your own client base
- Self-motivated and proactive
