Homa Services is a leading exterior maintenance contractor serving Ottawa and Gatineau. We specialize in commercial window cleaning, commercial caulking, rope access services, and exterior building maintenance for some of the region's largest commercial properties.
We're looking for a motivated individual with a keen eye for opportunity to help us identify new commercial projects throughout Ottawa.
About the Role
This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys driving, exploring the city, and spotting business opportunities.
You'll spend approximately 15 hours per week driving throughout Ottawa identifying commercial buildings and construction projects that may require our services.
You'll use your own vehicle while working and will be reimbursed for mileage.
Best of all, every opportunity you uncover that turns into a signed project earns you 1% commission on the total value of the sale, giving you unlimited earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Drive throughout Ottawa identifying commercial buildings that could benefit from our services.
- Locate active construction sites requiring exterior caulking.
- Identify buildings with deteriorated sealant joints.
- Identify commercial buildings requiring professional window cleaning.
- Gather the names and contact information of property managers, building owners, or general contractors whenever possible.
- Take photos of potential opportunities.
- Record leads accurately using your smartphone.
- Communicate opportunities with our sales team.
Ideal Candidate
- Self-motivated and dependable.
- Enjoys working independently.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable driving throughout Ottawa.
- Professional and confident speaking with people on construction sites.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence.
- Reliable personal vehicle.
- Smartphone with internet access.
Experience in construction, property management, or commercial maintenance is an asset, but not required.
Compensation & Benefits

- 1% commission on every project that closes from your leads
