Job Summary
Grace is the founder of Huixian Global Education Group, a Lethbridge-based company that runs study tours, cultural workshops, and admissions support connecting students in China with Canadian and US universities. Grace is a busy entrepreneur who splits her time between running the business, hosting visiting students and delegations, and managing her home and office— and she needs a right hand who can help her stay on top of all three.
As her Personal Assistant, you'll support Grace across her home, her office, and her business administration, and reporting to Grace directly. At home, you'll help keep things organized, tidy, and well-stocked, manage her calendar, and handle family and business logistics and errands. At the office, you'll help with day-to-day business administration — correspondence, scheduling, filing, records, and program logistics — as well as keeping the office space clean and presentable for visiting families and partners. Since much of Grace's work involves hosting Mandarin-speaking families, students, and partners, fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential — you'll often be the friendly, capable bridge between Grace and the people she works with.
We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and can anticipate what's needed before being asked. Grace can't be everywhere at once — she needs someone she can trust to be an extension of her, especially in her office, and her business.
