As a Hair Stylist at Hair World Salon & Spa, you will play a key role in helping clients look and feel their best by delivering expert hair styling and grooming services in our welcoming salon environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair styling, cutting, coloring, highlights, and perms to clients.
- Ensure high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the salon.
- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations.
- Assist with retail sales through upselling hair care products.
- Maintain a friendly and professional front desk presence to enhance client experience.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends and techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive salon atmosphere.
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure client safety.
- Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of current hair styling techniques and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
