Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Product Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales, possess strong negotiation skills, and have experience in B2B and retail sales environments. This role involves engaging with clients, managing sales pipelines, and providing exceptional sales support to drive high-end sales and dealership relationships. As a Product Advisor, you will play a key role in enhancing customer experience through excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and strategic upselling techniques.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for clients and the company.
- Assist in upselling complementary products or services to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions using organizational tools.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Provide exceptional customer service through clear communication, phone etiquette, and professional demeanor.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks related to sales management and customer outreach.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or dealership environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-end deals effectively.
