Rosa's and Atomic 10 are vibrant, Latin-inspired restaurants seeking an experienced, energetic, and hospitality-driven Bartender/Server to join our team across both locations. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about craft cocktails, guest engagement, and creating memorable experiences in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
In this role, you will be primarily responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining an organized and efficient bar, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will also assist with table service as needed while helping create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that reflects our Latin-inspired concept. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and consistently according to recipes and quality standards.
- Engage with guests at the bar, providing exceptional hospitality and personalized beverage recommendations.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and menu offerings.
- Create and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area throughout service.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock glassware, garnishes, mixers, and beverage supplies as needed.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking identification, monitoring guest consumption, and adhering to Smart Serve and legal requirements.
- Accurately process orders and payments using the POS system.
- Support floor service when required by greeting guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.
- Contribute to a positive, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of bartending experience required; high-volume restaurant or cocktail bar experience is an asset.
- Smart Serve Certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
- Experience using POS systems.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.
- Team-oriented attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
