Support the Marketplace Operations team by analyzing and evolving seller performance reporting. Establish relationships with sellers, monitor performance, and influence improvements in order fulfillment, on-time shipping, returns, and customer service.
This role involves building strong business and operations relationships with Marketplace sellers. The role manages seller performance against key KPIs and works with sellers to identify and resolve issues, ensuring a positive customer experience. As an escalation point for customer inquiries, the role collaborates with sellers to provide excellent service.
The role also represents Marketplace operations in eCommerce projects, planning and communicating efforts required from sellers. Additionally, the role designs and develops future Marketplace operations processes and reporting. Liaising with store teams to address and resolve opportunities related to Marketplace site-to-store shipments is also a key responsibility.
Furthermore, the role manages the seller dispute and reimbursement process, ensuring all issues are resolved effectively. The role may also support various internal teams by leveraging relationships with sellers to enhance customer satisfaction and trust.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 1-3 years of experience in day to day ops/logistics management.
- Experience in Retail Merchandising, Operations, or eCommerce is an asset.
- Comfort working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is an asset.
Strong analytical skills and ability to make clear recommendations for improvement based on data.

The pay range for this position is $64,700.00 - $88,990.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
