Job Summary
Syncro Security is seeking a professional and reliable Security Guard for a full-time overnight House Watch position. The successful candidate will be responsible for protecting private property, conducting patrols, monitoring site activity, and responding appropriately to incidents and emergencies.
This position is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, sound judgment, and previous experience in security, tactical operations, or loss prevention.
Schedule
- Full-time overnight shifts
- 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Weekday and weekend availability required
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the property
- Monitor and report all activity and movements on site
- Respond to incidents and security concerns
- Contact emergency services when required
- Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity reports
- Maintain a professional security presence at all times
- Follow site procedures and company policies
- Ensure the safety and security of the property
Requirements
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Valid Use of Force Certification
- Access to a reliable vehicle (required)
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Excellent observation skills and situational awareness
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous security experience
- Loss Prevention experience
- Tactical Security experience
- Experience working in high-responsibility security environments
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
