- Prepare cocktails, beer, and wine with speed and consistency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional bar
- Engage with guests and create a high-energy atmosphere
- Support servers and floor team during busy service
- Manage high-volume service periods with confidence
- Bartending experience preferred
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- High attention to detail and consistency
- Outgoing, confident personality
- Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment
- Team-first mindset
- Experience with cocktails and high-volume service is an asset
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends required
- Late-night availability is an asset
