Manage large, complex, corporate-level projects that span across multiple divisions and require strong leadership and project management expertise.
You’ll use your passion for collaboration to lead high-risk projects, often with teams of 20 or more people, that can last one or more years and have a high degree of change management and executive visibility.
What you’ll do:
Develop and oversee the execution of project management plans, including budget and risk
Direct projects by monitoring progress, identifying variances and creating corrective actions
Lead teams through projects by delegating, coaching, motivating and handling conflict
Bring projects to a formal conclusion and document the lessons learned for future projects
Set expectations and deadlines, and ensure that they’re met
Mentor team members and colleagues, and collaborate with other project managers
What we’re looking for:
Proven track record of successfully implementing large projects
An organized multi-tasker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Leader who excels in helping others grow
Confident decision-maker with insight in stakeholder management
What you’ll need:
A degree in business or computer science and at least eight years of experience, including at least four years in a project management role (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
In-depth knowledge of current theory, trends, best practices and industry standards in project and program management
PMP certification is an asset
