Subcontract / Independent Contractor
We're hiring a reliable cleaner to subcontract for a facility in Richmond Hill, 5 days per week, outside business hours (evenings). This is a long-term, steady contract.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize washrooms, common areas, entrances, and kitchen
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and empty trash/recycling
- Restock supplies and secure the building at end of shift
- Follow provided cleaning checklist
Requirements:
- Must be a registered cleaning subcontractor carrying your own General Liability insurance (minimum $2,000,000)
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Reliable, punctual, own transportation
- Comfortable working independently in the evening
Compensation and exact schedule will be discussed with qualified applicants.
