Pond Pro Canada is looking for a new team member to play an essential role in our fast-paced and growing business.
This position would involve hands-on work in our warehouse in assembly manufacturing, shipping/receiving, and inventory management. General on-site maintenance is also a key component of this diverse position.
This will start out as a full-time position, however, we will reserve the right to evaluate your fit for the position before the end of the 3-month probationary period.
There is an opportunity to advance to be responsible for managing our manufacturing, inventory/stock levels, shipping/receiving, and similar areas of our day-to-day operations.

Job Description:
- Manufacturing/production of merchandise
- Shipping/receiving (parcel orders, pallet orders, large shipments)
- General on-site maintenance, including fountain and aeration system installations
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse and shop
- Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to
- Managing stock, parts, supply including parts assembly
- Parts repair and maintenance
- Correspond with customers to arrange pickup orders
Qualifications:
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, have strong prioritization and time management skills
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, willingness to follow instruction precisely
- Basic mechanical ability required
- Must have strong communication skills, fluent verbal and written English
- Can work independently and in a team
- Ability to work in an ever-growing and changing workplace
- A strong work ethic and self-motivated is a must
- Good customer service skills are necessary
- Valid driver’s license, experience driving trucks with trailers an asset
- Strong people skills, must be approachable
- Forklift and skid steer experience an asset
- Experience with vehicle maintenance an asset
- Close proximity to the workplace is considered an asset.
