Job Overview
We are seeking skilled Electricians, including Journeyman/woman and apprentices, to join our team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various projects, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards. Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute electrical installations and repairs accurately.
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems, including low voltage wiring and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete electrical tasks efficiently.
- Perform renovations and upgrades on existing electrical systems in commercial or industrial settings.
- Follow safety protocols to identify potential hazards related to electrical work and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Assist in the installation of control systems and automation components involving PLCs.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople such as electricians, contractors, and project managers to complete projects on time.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an industrial electrician or in a related construction environment.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment.
- Experience working with low voltage systems and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
- Construction or renovation experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to interpret technical schematics and schematics for complex electrical systems.
- Handyman experience or general maintenance skills are a plus.
- Valid electrician license or relevant certification preferred for journeyman/woman applicants; apprentices should demonstrate a strong willingness to learn on the job.
- Ability to work safely in various environments while adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.

Pay: $20.00-$42.00 per hour
