Overview
We fabricate Custom Cabinetry in house. We are seeking a skilled SENIOR Cabinet Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodworking, specifically with cabinet assembling with the ability to read blueprints. This role involves the fabrication, assembly, and occasional installation of cabinets, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Please ONLY candidates who have Cabinet making experience. Applications without any cabinet making experience will not be considered.
Responsibilities
- Build and assemble custom cabinets, drawers, and millwork components according to specifications and shop drawing.
- Be responsible for a team of 5-7 full time guys occassionally in the shop.
- Operate woodworking machinery, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and measurement.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
- Occasional cabinet, trim, hardware, and related components installation with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience in woodworking, carpentry, or cabinet making. Minimum 5-years of experience.
- Able to run a team of 5-7 and coordinate tasks and ensure projects are completed while doing a quality check
- Proficiency in shop drawing reading and understanding of cabinets.
- Familiarity with CNC machinery is a plus.
- Strong skills in assembly techniques for cabinetry and furniture.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical stamina including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Salary is dependent on experience. You may start on the lower end and then given a raise quickly after once it is determined that you do have the experience.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS ABLE TO LEAD A SHOP WITH A TEAM OF 5-7 GUYS. THE CANIDATE MUST HAVE STRONG LEADERSHIP.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
